These terms apply when you use zorofoundation.in (the "site"), run by Zoro Foundation ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a donation, you agree to them.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts to support our work. They are not payment for any goods or services.
• Zoro Foundation is an unregistered, volunteer-run initiative, not a registered trust, society, Section 8 company or government-recognised NGO. Donations are received through Razorpay into the account of the volunteer who coordinates the initiative and are used only for the programmes described on this site.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• We aim to use each donation for the programme you choose. If that programme is fully funded or can't go ahead, we may use your donation where it is most needed, in line with our charitable objectives.
• We can accept donations only from Indian citizens using Indian bank accounts or cards. By donating, you confirm this applies to you.
• Donations are not eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G, and we cannot accept corporate CSR funds.
• Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you donate or contact us.
• Only use payment methods you're authorised to use.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or overload it.

Content

The text, logos and images on this site belong to Zoro Foundation or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without asking us first. Sharing links to our pages is always welcome.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep information on the site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's always complete. We may change or pause the site at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ramapuram, Chennai.
